Eva and Christian are travelling to Transylvania quite often, tracing back family roots in and around Sibiu (Hermannstadt) area. This summer they wanted to try something different so they opted for a guided mtb tour, exploring trails in the Fortified Churches area, near Viscri, and then on the foothills of Piatra Craiului and Bucegi mountains.<\/p>\n
It was a thrilling experience: the already familiar Transylvanian landscape gained new dimensions\u00a0while biking\u00a0every day\u00a0around 30 km of forest, pasture and alpine single tracks, covering vasts areas of unspoiled teritory.<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n

Prima zi de pedalat pe c\u0103r\u0103rile dedicate bicicletei construite \u00een zona Viscri, Bune\u0219ti, Cri\u021b, Me\u0219endorf a dezamor\u021bit oasele, mu\u0219chii \u0219i \u00eencrederea, astfel c\u0103 \u00een ultimele dou\u0103 zile am abordat trasee mai dificile \u00een Piatra Craiului \u0219i pe sub abruptul vestic al Bucegilor, \u00een deja celebra \u021aar\u0103 a Branului.<\/p>\n
Pentru ca experien\u021ba s\u0103 fie complet\u0103, am ales o prim\u0103 zi de mas\u0103 \u0219i cas\u0103 \u00een Cri\u021b, la Casa cu Zorele, unde gazdele te fac s\u0103 te sim\u021bi cu adev\u0103rat un oaspete nobil. Ultimele dou\u0103 nop\u021bi le-am petrecut \u00een Poarta Branului,\u00a0\u00eentreb\u00e2ndu-ne cum vom reu\u0219i s\u0103 diger\u0103m toate bun\u0103t\u0103\u021bile cu care ne-a tratat, ca de fiecare dat\u0103, madam Minerva, gazda noastr\u0103 tradi\u021bional\u0103 din zon\u0103.<\/p>\n
